Select Missions for Mass Actions

1. Go to the Missions page.
2. Select the Missions for which you wish to bulk download documents.
   1. Select individual Missions by checking the box next to that mission’s name.
   2. Select all Missions on the list by checking the box next to Name in the first row.
   3. Apply filters (based on date, data status, etc.) to select only relevant Missions. Check the box next to Name in the first row to select the filtered items.
3. Click Actions in the top row and select the mass action and format from a drop-down list.

These are the actions you can choose from:

Download table as Excel

Export a list of Missions as an excel file. The file will be instantly downloaded to your laptop or smartphone.

1. The file will have only the columns visible on the Missions page.
2. Configure the data shown in the table by clicking Columns to the right on the Missions page.
3. Select the values you want to appear on the list and click Apply changes.
